Wisbech Town Council
Wisbech Town Council is the Parish Council for Wisbech. It has five members of staff: Town Clerk, Mr Erbie Murat; Deputy Town Clerk, Mrs Susanah Farmer; Town Beadle, Mr Alister Hopkins; Asset Supervisor, Mr Michael South and Administrative Assistant Mrs Tracy Bidwell-Hazell. Wisbech Town Council manages allotments, Wisbech Market, and is in the process of taking over the public toilets in Wisbech Park and Exchange Square.
Wisbech Town Council organise a Rock Festival and a Multi-Cultural Festival each year - watch the website for details.
Wisbech Town Council Offices will be closed from 12noon Tuesday 24 December and reopen 9am on Wednesday 2 January.

Fenland District Council and Cambridgeshire County Council are the two local authorities covering Wisbech with responsibility for services.
Some areas of Walsoken within Wisbech are in the Borough of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk.

FDC is responsible for:

CCC is responsible for:
· Archaeology, arts, libraries & archives;
· Schools & colleges, the Queen Mary Centre & community development;
· Social Services for children, young people & families, adults, older people, and carers;
· Highways, street lighting, roads and paths maintenance, and traffic management.
